its a dence area , with allmost all the basic requirements, hospitals, hotels, colleges, petrolpump, bustop, railway station, are almost on walkabale distance,a half kilometer distance from Mankapur, sadar market & all other government offices are also very close. its good to have a flat over there.

- locality is great as 70 % of crowd are government employees
- duet to Godhani road & Koradi road Tremendous development has occured
