RPD Pvt. Ltd. promoted by its MD, Mr. Suneel Kumar Rajput, under the flagship of Rajput Group of Companies, has its origin back to the year of 1991, as it started to provide construction related services in electrical and interior designing. After successful accomplishments & winning confidence of stalwarts in the real estate business, the group diversified to real estate agency as a brokerage house in 1993 with an aim to provide value based services to a booming construction and real estate market in NOIDA and its surrounding areas. The agency earned a great name and was encouraged to diversify and enlarge its area of activity and operation.
After executing numerous small scale construction projects, the group started a new wing of a real estate development company under name and style of Rajput Properties and Developers Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2005. This company has undertaken its projects in the name and manner of RAJNEEGANDHA GREENS. Company launched its first premium project New Rajneegandha Greens in Noida West and second project Shri Rajneegandha Greens in front of Knowledge Park-IV, at Sector Pi-2 in Greater Noida,& has several future plans in its bag for various locations and obstinately working towards bringing it on floor in the very near future. Incorporating a vision to pace the real estate development to go with the need of users facilitating world class amenities, RPDPL is obstinately working for natural & lush green environment in all its present & future projects.
