VIP Road area is a new and recently established locality in Surat, however since it is spread besides the very popular Udhna Magdalla Road of Surat and also is very close to City light, Bhatar and Piplod areas. It has gained popularity in very short time and large no. of commercial and residential projects has launched in last 4-5 years in this area. It has wide roads, better infrastructure, new buildings with fine planning and attractive designs. This area has become one of the top choice in the city for new investments as well as living.
