H Ananthanarayanan & Co is the owner of the name HANCO and the HANCO trademark, which is registered in India. These are used by various HANCO companies in relation to their products and services. The terms of use of the group mark and logo by HANCO companies are governed by the Brand Equity and Business Promotion Agreement which is signed by H Ananthanarayanan & Co and individual group companies.

The group is primarily focusing on property business which includes land development and construction under the vertical HANCO Property Developers Private Limited.The group has plans to venture in to various other lines of business over a period of time.
