We have developed integrated, state of the art, ‘logi tech parks®’ in Bangalore and Chennai in the Industrial Estates promoted by the State Governments. These parks are self contained in all respects for Storage, Inventory Management, Value Addition works, Repair activities etc. Warehouse and office space in these parks are leased to Industries and Logistics Service Providers.

‘logi tech parks® are exclusively maintained by our Facility Management Team so that our customers can concentrate on their core business areas.
We also have vacant land parcels in Government Industrial Zones to develop logistics facilities such as warehouses, repair centres, fulfilment and distribution centres on Build – to – Suit lease basis.
