Review of Ashok Vihar, Alwar

Ashok Vihar is a fast developing area of Alwar City. It connects Alwar City to Alwar-Bhiwadi Mega Highway. One side of Ashok Vihar area is surrounded by Mall (Cross-Point Mall Developed by R-tech Developers, Gurgaon), Commercial Complex (Shiv Complex), Over-Bridge connecting area to industrial area, hospital, highrise residential towers (developed by Shree Parshav Developers) and on other side it is surrounded by over-bridge connecting Ashok vihar to Alwar-Bhiwadi 4 Lane mega highway, Apna Ghar Shalimar Residential Complex (Developed by Tehran developers, Faridabad & due to positive response they are coming with Apna Ghar Shalimar Ext.), Ansal Town, Wonder Residency (by Wonder Group), Car Showrooms (Honda, Chevrolet, Maruti) & Telco Showroom, Fortis Life Line Hospital & College. After inclusion of Alwar under NCR Region & as per Master plan this area has seen rise in property prices after 2004 or so. Numerous showrooms & even banks have opened branches here.
Price of property are low compare to projects coming in this area as many projects are at under-construction stage, but the future of this area looks bright.
