The Suites has Acquired Land Measuring Approx. 24000 Square Meters at Nimgaon Korhale, Distt. Ahmednagar, Shirdi, Maharashtra. The Said Project is Approved by Maharashtra Government and Under Full Swing. The said Studio Apartments project is ready for possession and is Being Handed over to the Customers, the Serviced Residency Project Shall be Operational by this Calendar Year and the Three Star Hotel is Into Finishing Schedule and Will be Operational by Second Quarter of the Calendar Year 2015. The 5 Star Hotel is Scheduled to be Operation by End of 2016.
