He has nearly 19 Years of experience and in depth knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction Industry, Property development, Real estate sectors and other allied areas off entire range of Civil Engineering Construction Industry.

He has studied Civil Engineering in 1996. He had worked as a Engineer in Construction Industry at Chennai during the period 1996 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003 he had done a Building Construction Contract work individually.

From 2004 January, he has formed the construction company as Thamizh Constructions (P) Ltd., and registered in Register of Companies at Chennai - 600006 (Reg.No.: U45201TN2004PTC052291). It has its registered office at No.41, Arunachalam 2nd Street, Shennoy Nagar, Chennai — 600 030, Tamilnadu (St), India. Now the registered office was changed to Trichy and the functioning at T4, Rana Block, Thathachariyar Garden, Mambalasalai, Srirangam, Trichy (Dt) - 620 005, Tamilnadu (St), India.
