As it is adjacent to Rawiwar Peth and Shaniwar Peth, all the amenities like Schools, Colleges, Parks, Bus stands, Hospitals, Play Grounds etc. are within the distance of 2-3 minutes. The main Powai Naka to Kaas Road Intersects the Kesarkar Peth. Powai naka is very close to Kesarkar Peth. Lot of portion of Kesarkar Peth is occupied by slum area. Similarly you also find some good projects close to road. Overall person looking for home with all city amenities close to powai naka or ST Bus station will be satisfied.
