The latest is the "PEACE VALLEY", a two hundred crores rupees project undertaken by Sanatan Financers & Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. on 75,663 sq. mts. of land at Sirvoii, Quepem and 57 villas and 174 apartments are been developed. The project has a swimming pool, tennis court and a horse riding track.
