We have a " power holder "(during construction period ) facility and " Care taker " facility for NRI customers.

We have two types of projects.


1. Construction of Individual houses for sale in premium locations for investors.


2. Construction of house or mini apartment for a single investor either in our own plot or the plot belonging / to be belonging to the customer. Preferred by Smart investors and NRI customers. Mini Apartments. ( 2 to 4 or more houses in Single plot for single investors ).Minimum build up area 2500 Sq Ft.
