It was in the year 2003, Mr. Prabhat Kumar Nanda planned, the general public be given good commercial service in the real estate sector. This resulted in formation of RAGHUPATEE group on 7th February 2003.This was the auspicious day of Saraswati Puja and we sought the blessings of MAA Saraswati to serve the people. We entered the market with few people with our first project Jyostna Vihar in between Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. Now it is poised to be one of the largest housing projects in Odisha.

We have succesfully delivered 3500 plots to the public in different locations i.e. Jyostna Vihar near Pratap Nagari, Bhupati Vihar near Nakhara chhack and Pattitapaban Minique near Hansapal N.H.- 5 between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

Now we have grown in to a large family with our customer and employees and are now focusing on Urbanization and Township development. In the near future we plan to provide 5000 houses to the general people in different locations in Odisha.
