In 1978, Mr, Vasantrao B.Jare,Founded & Established ‘Jare Enterprises’ With the basic purpose of small Buildings & Residential Buildings, Which was successfully implemented and completed with strong core values.
In 1990 The Company quickly expanded its business of Residential Constructions and also introduced The Trading business of Cement and Steel, Which reached to its highest position due to the satisfaction of numerous clients.

As a result In 2000 The founder along with his Three Sons Mr. Sachin, Mr. Shivling and Mr. Vishvanath due to the lasting and growing relationships with clients, Professionals, Trading companies. They entered into the construction industry of multi storeyed Residential and Commercial Buildings.
During this period they also started Manufacturing of Cement under the brand name of ‘ShivShakti Cement’ As a result due to overwhelming response from construction industry market in 2005 they entered in to the Manufacturing of Structural Steel required for Reinforced Cement Concrete under the flagship of ‘Jare Buildcon Pvt. Ltd’.
Up till date they are preceding ahead in the Construction Industry with a Constant view of Perfection, Quality and Timely completing works.
As of now they are in the process of entering the Chemical Industry to cater the needs in various manufacturing industries.
