Ambli was developed after Bopal which is more far from Ahmedabad because of Urban Land Ceiling Act. Bopal initially developed in unorganized manner. Ambli is within Ahmedabad Municipal limit. At present BRTS has its last stop i.e. terminal at Ambli. ISKCON - Ambli Road is developing very fast with commercial complexes and Star Hotels.
