The company through its subsidiary is also engaged in marketing of non-discretionary wealth management products (real estate, home loans, IPO etc.) and is registered under RERA as a Real Estate Agent. The strategy of the company is to leverage on IBCFL’s large customer base, its pan-India presence and a strong, experienced sales force, to offer its customers a bouquet of products and investment avenues. The company partners with reputed real estate developers to take their projects to customers across India. The collaboration is mutually beneficial as it helps developers ride on the Indiabulls brand and ensures a nationwide distribution. For the company, this provides its clients a wide bouquet of projects to choose from as they look to invest in this asset class. It has also set up a Home Loan desk and has tied up with HDFC, SBI, DHFL, IHFL PNBHFL, TATA, L&T Home finance and few other banks/HFC’s to facilitate the loan requirements of its clients.
