Review of Rajpur Road area, Dehradun

Costly, business center and best place for Commercial Property. Being on prime road, it is full of branded footwear, clothing showrooms etc as it is an attraction place for all the tourist going to the hill station. My close review is that while you are heading towards main Rajpur Road, the properties start becoming more expensive and clogged and as a pattern the left side of entire Rajpur Road is more lucrative and fruitful in terms of shopping. This comes with a reason. While you are heading towards Mussoorie which is a tourist destination most buyers get down on the left side to shop and then head towards Mussoorie, while people are less bothered to go to the right side while coming back from Mussoorie or from Rajpur Road.
So a keen analysis tells us that the entire left side of this road has greater client foot-fall and the better part of malls and shopping complex which are quickly grasped by companies and builders while most of right side remains vacant.
