Business Overview
We are one of the emerging leaders in the Ship Breaking industry. So far, we pride ourselves with breaking 27 vessels (aggregate weigh of 2,20,000/- LDT).
We specialize in developing residential, commercial, retail, as well as other projects including mass housing and cluster redevelopment in and around Pune as well as Bhavnagar. The concept for the real-state division is by Mr. Vijay Bansal and family members, who have a decade-long experience in the field. Our residential portfolio currently covers projects catering to customers across all income groups. In our commercial portfolio, we build and sell customized office space as per the requirements of buyers. We have even developed a great number of retail shops at various locations. Other projects on the list are development of mass housing for the local authority and generating transferable development rights (TDRs), which are rights to develop additional built-up area in parts of Pune.
