Ancon has developed the First Integrated Logistic Park in Public Private Partnership with Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority.We had taken up the Challenging project in collaboration withHyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority in Telangana state. HMDA Ancon Logistics Parkwas developed in Build-Operate-Transfer method. The park was planned to facilitate de-congestion of freight traffic by unloading heavy goods at the outer ring road. The logistics park also supports the local industry by providing storage and handling facilities for goods manufactured in the region
