Goregaon is situated at the north of CST has witnessed steady development. It is a safe area with manned entrances and gated communities. It has planned drainage and sewage systems. The average width of the roads is around 12 to 16 ft.

Ekta Tripolis configuration is mentioned in this ad does not match with the floor plan unit. This configuration of 2, 2.5, 3 BHK is sky polis floor unit plan and the completion date is not 2014 on the contrary the pre-launch is feb 2016.
