Ravet will change drastically in terms of infrastructure and availability of residential spaces. Majority of the projects in Ravet are more than 200 flats. Kiwale is a budget option to Ravet, due to its proximity Kiwale will benefit from all the developments in Ravet and still provide homes which is affordable in comparison to Ravet. The new BRTS bus depo has come up at Mukai chowk. Mumbai Pune expressway is at walking distance from Ravet hence it will also get a fair share of investors from Mumbai. Many educational institutions are in vicinity of Ravet like D.Y. Patil college, S.B. Patil school and college, Balaji law college, B.K. Birla school. Akurdi as well as Dehu road railway stations are close by. Many commercial properties are also expected on the BRTS route in the near future.
