Kilkattalai is fast improving area. When I was visited during the year 1998, it looks like a small village. When I recently visited, I really surprised to note that major improvements, lot of Apartments, shops, Inner Ring Road, Signal are come up. Really surprised about the fantastic improvement

Kilkattalai is a fast developing place, with large area for both residential and commercial. Center place between IT Highway and GST road. Airport is 5km away with good highway road access. Subsoil is mixed with rocks which provides excellent foundation for buildings. Ground water is abundant. Cheaper land cost with very good appreciation rate.
