Confident Orion is a very first project of the Confident Group. The project consists of 3 buildings with 3 floors for each building. Each flat has it's own unique floor plan and they are not crammed like the corridor systems. Only 3-4 flats are there on each floor. Most of the flats are open on all sides and are not within arm's reach of the neighboring flats. The building has all modern amenities like rain water harvesting, bore well, backup generator for lifts and investors for the individual flats. It has a swimming pool, play area and a club house. All car parks are in the covered basement. There is one lift for each building. One unique facility of this building is the availability of 2 guest rooms (with AC) that can be rented out for a nominal amount. This is a real bonus if you are expecting guests and cannot put them up with you for several reasons. The building, garden and all other facilities are very well maintained.
