Sahastradhara road is nowadays developing day by day After the opening of IT Park this Road is developed like a hot cake main reason for this is low prices because of plenty of lands available, good public conveyance from city to Sahastradhara a well-known picnic spot and has a lot of resorts etc. Available of good education DPS has only one branch in Dehradun which is on this Road only. Tibetan colony Dickling & hospital is also an attraction. The Great India Palace Malls and the residential area is under developing era. Pacific Golf and so many projects are its great place for elite living. So many Educational Institutes, Times and more. IT Pak is Boon for IT professionals.

Sahastra Dhara Road area is one of the developed and well connected locality of Dehradun with all the upcoming malls as well as residential area. Ekta vihar is one of the developed colony of the area and well connected with Rajpur and canal road, close to banks, ATM's, Schools and hospitals.

Sahastra Dhara Road area is a peaceful and greenery area in Dehradun away from most of the hussles and noises of main Dehradun market. You can get a property in your budget as this area is still in developing phase.
