Dsd Homes Novena Green is a best residential project near by Gaur city Chauk & Opp. of 250 Acre Land for ITSEZ , Possession in Year 2016, 3 side open green and its Certified by IGBC, Walking distance of Proposed Metro Station. Complicate all separate each unit. In-house Construction, In future beast return for Resale, Rental due to IT Hub.

Dear Buyer, I'll strongly recommend not to buy any flats in Novena Green (Project of DSD Homes). One of the Directors of this project was appointed as Director with River Builders too who is building Vrindavan Green in Sahibabad. I am one of the residents in Vrindavan Green. The construction quality is extremely bad and no promises are fulfilled. The compounding is not done and the Directors are hiding themselves from the resident and do not want to meet them. They sold Vrindavan Green showing like Heaven. Now the situation is like hell here. The similar situation may be for Novena too. Before buying a flat in Novena, please visit Vrindavan Green apartment in Sahibabad. You may call me at 9312235952 to know more about these Directors. They do not continue their Brand name. Once the project is over they register a new firm and start selling with new name. You can track the record from Ministry of Corporate Affairs by finding the CIN and DIN.
