This place is widely open area with wide and neat &clean roads, having very good schools, public schools ,cultural associations. People here is very co-operative and helpful.
So many banks as SBI, ICICI, CANARA,UNION, AXIS, CORPORATION, SPENCERS MALL, and all kind of shops for our daily requirements. So many diagnostic centres, clinics and big good medicine shops are actively serving .
Pros:
- People here are very much co-operative and peace loving.
Cons:
- There is no college and big hospitals but these are availble within 2-4 kilometers.
Sinthi is now a very prominent location towards North of Kolkata. Property prices are increasing than before.
Pros:
- Near to Dum dum metro that connects rest of Kolkata
- Near to Dum Dum rail station
- Near to Shyambazarand Dunlop on the other side
Cons:
- Well known schools are not nearby
- Some properties are not yet within Kolkata Corporation jurisdiction
- Water logging problem in some pockets still
