The location is just outstanding right on NH-7 and next to the Trumpet Junction leading to the KIA (Kempogowda International Airport) of Bangalore. The township has one of the best schools of Bangalore ready to admit students.( National Public School- NPS ) and next a world-class Hospital will be built.The township will include a huge mall with multiplex,restaurants,and office spaces.A five star hotel is next. Ozone Urbana has over 2000 apartments in various sizes and combinations to chose from and residents will occupy many of them by mid next year.
It is almost impossible for one more such large Integrated township to be developed in such a strategic location.
Huge new employment opportunities are being created all around the KIA and in North Bangalore. The future development of Bangalore is geared towards North Bangalore. Great buy for any one who wants to live in Urbana or as good investment.Pros

Integrated township over 150 acres, with all amenities like schools, hospital, bank ATMs, Hotel, shopping mall, IT work space. This is good for who want good life style with amenities, Club houses and security.
