Dhayari is a developing locality with many upcoming projects near by. It is located in the heart of city but still close to nature. Good opportunity to invest in a good property at low cost, till this area is getting developed. In last two years the property rates here have rise from 2500 Rs/sq. ft. to 4000-6000 Rs/sq .ft.

Pros
  • Malls, Multiplex, Schools and Colleges near by.
  • Low cost of living as compared to other areas due to proximity to city center.
  • Good for investment.
  • Fast developing locality with many upcoming projects near by.
Cons
  • Road and traffic need to improve. Since roads are under construction there is hope of improvement.
