Vasai is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports.

Pros:
  • Very Strategic considering growth of Vasai Virar Belt
  • Availability of good shopping centers, stores, cinema halls, schools
  • Good living atmosphere

  • Depends on strategy of VVMC

Vasai is a suburb of Mumbai located in Thane district. It is a much modern part of Vasai-Virar City. Being a newly fast developing area there is a lot of construction activity. This has resulted in a lot of chaos. The previously existing garbage clearing system is not efficient enough to handle the current scenario. Hence security and cleanliness can be a problem in some areas.

Pros:
  • good area
Cons:
  • long distance

Vasai is becoming very fast developing investment hub because of good work by VVMC, good infrastructure, good connecting road, east west bridge, multiplexes, malls, branded showrooms and of course improved train services by western railways. Cool place to live in!
