Sitapur Road is a fast fledgling area of Lucknow. Land rates are increasing very fast here. It is nearby to Mahangar, Aliganj, Jankipuram Vistar Yojna too

Sitapur Road is more rapidly growing areas than other area of Lucknow. Now NH 24 is going to be upgraded
to 8 Lane. This Govt Announcement has enhanced the price of this area. There is good communication facility
and all the features of being a Posh Colony are available and definitely coming days this is going to be a very
costly areas to invest or to live in.

Pros:
  • Near to Madiyaon Thana
  • Engineering college/University new campus is very near
  • Gives openness in a capital region crowd

Lucknow -Sitapur High Way
4 engineering Colleges, 2 Management College are there.
Near High Security Zone due to Air Force Station.
Fast Developing area because of good connectivity.

Purania Flyover is close to Sitapur Road, after that the value of the properties are hiked to 10-20%, so if any one is looking to invest, right time other wise the rate will hike.

Pros:
  • Purania fly over
  • Best connectivity to any where in lucknow
  • Jam free area and so called Aliganj extention
Cons:
  • Far from airport
