Psricon Valley is a BMRDA site located in Jigani-Anekal road. Good peaceful surroundings lot of parks and about 600 plots and 3 houses constructed in the locality. So it is quite pleasant and good for long term investment.

Psricon Valley is abeautiful place to live. The layout is well developed. The gardens are well maintained. As some one has commented, there has been increase in land cost recently across the locality and neighboring places. Potential next white field. Good for investment and peaceful living for residential purpose.
