The locality still contains best plot, duplexes and flats and this location is top selling location in Dehradun in terms of Direct Users purchasing and residing here as compared to other parts of Dehradun. 24 hrs lighting and secure places for kids and girls make these place secure and peaceful. Most of the locality here are on 30 ft road that makes it easier for the owner to build their houses comfortably.
